How we work outside Madrid

The method is the same in Pozuelo as in Geneva: selection happens at our head office and the family decides after interviews and trial days, not from a CV.

Selection from Madrid
We interview in depth, check references by speaking with previous employers and verify the paperwork. The first filter is the same wherever you are.

Video and in-person interviews
You meet the candidates on a video call and, if you prefer, in person: we arrange the travel for the final interview and the trial days at your home.

We're with you on day one
We coordinate the journey, the arrival and the contract, follow the first weeks and, if it isn't working out, we replace the person under the guarantee.
